A new service supporting the wellbeing of neurodivergent C&YP in Edinburgh has been introduced. It is a partnership project between Barnardo’s, Tailor Ed Foundation (5-16) and Number 6 (16-24) and CAMHS. There will be groups and some individual support on developing awareness/understanding, insight, and identity, and looking after wellbeing. This has been funded by the City of Edinburgh Council Community Mental Health Funding
Families who feel they may benefit from the service should be encouraged to self refer:
Barnardo’s are operating a triage service, providing emotional support, practical strategies and signposting to help get C&YP to the right service for them. Young people and/or their parents can simply get in touch by email NDwell@barnardos.org.uk
