Dalkeith Has Talent

Congratulations to everyone who took part in yesterday’s Dalkeith Has Talent’.  The show was a sell out success and raised £200 for the school show.

In third place was Mia Linn with her rendition of ‘Pulled’ from The Adams Family.

Second place went to Kimberley Devlin and Ellie Adams for their stunning version of ‘Supermarket Flowers’ by Ed Sheeran

Well deserved first place went to Aimee Pottinger and Katie Lomax who danced their way to success.


Fire Service Programme

Please could all S3 pupils who are attending the one week Fire Service Programme come to the guidance base P7 today?

It is important that you attend as you will be fitted for kit you need for next week.

There are still spaces for Teams to enter the Staff Vs Pupils Quiz tonight at 6pm.

There is a massive sweet treats hamper up for grabs for the winning team.

The talent show will take place P6 on Tuesday 22 May.

S2 Trip to Edinburgh Castle and Dungeons –  Tuesday 22 May

Any S2 pupils interested in going on the above trip should attend a meeting in Miss McIntyres room (G1.08) at break time today.  The cost of the trip is £10 and spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis.

S1 – 5K Event

A reminder to all S1 pupils, this will take place on Tuesday 1 May during normal PE lesson.  Start times are displayed in the PE department.

Entry to PE

Games Hall 3 is now in use for exams.  A reminder to all students that they must be quiet on entry to the PE department.  There will be no lunchtime clubs available during May.  These will restart on the change of timetable.
