Trainee Quantity Surveyor with Morrison Construction

Morrison Construction has an opportunity for a trainee Quantity Surveyor, but this is a bit of a strange one as there is not a Graduate Apprenticeship for this specific course.  It’s a great opportunity for someone with a starting salary of £20,000 for a school leaver, MC will pay for the university fees and the person will have a mixture of site experience and university day release.

The Young person needs to have applied via UCAS and get accepted on the course and have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Quantity surveying.    The deadline for UCAS is at the end of January.

Please speak to Barbara Moir or your Pupil Support Leader as soon as possible if you are interested in this opportunity.

On the Business side, we have global Accounting, Finance, and Professional Services giants Deloitte, KPMG, CIMA and Grant Thornton joining us to give talks on business and the future of finance and to share more information on their fantastic degree apprenticeship and work experience opportunities.

For those of you interested in Banking and Finance, we have the largest UK retail and commercial financial services provider, Bank of Scotland /  Lloyds Banking Group, joining us to give a presentation on careers in the ever-changing world of finance.

This is a unique opportunity to hear from and network with industry experts from not just one or two but several national and global organisations.

At the event, you will get to hear all about their summer work experience placements for students as well as the graduate and internship opportunities on offer. We will ultimately show you how to pass the recruitment process and get these opportunities to make your CV really stand out.
