Calling all parents and carers. SDS and National Parent Forum Scotland are hosting a free webinar on Foundation Apprenticeships for S5 and S6 pupils. 6.30-7.30pm on Thursday 22 February.
Morrison Construction has an opportunity for a trainee Quantity Surveyor, but this is a bit of a strange one as there is not a Graduate Apprenticeship for this specific course. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a starting salary of £20,000 for a school leaver, MC will pay for the university fees and the person will have a mixture of site experience and university day release.
The Young person needs to have applied via UCAS and get accepted on the course and have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Quantity surveying. The deadline for UCAS is at the end of January.
Please speak to Barbara Moir or your Pupil Support Leader as soon as possible if you are interested in this opportunity.
