S2 into S3 Coursing – November 2023

Course choice information for current S2 pupils will be posted home on Friday 17^th November. In addition to the information posted below, the following should be used to support course choice conversations and decisions.

1. S2 Tracking Report (Sent home on Friday 13th October)

2. S2 Parents and Carers Evening (Thursday 9^th November)

3. S2 into S3 Recommendations (Posted home Friday 17^th November)

4. Careers Convention & Curriculum Evening (Tuesday 21^st November)

5. Lessons delivered in Personal & Social Education (PSE)

6. Coursing interviews with Pupil Support Leader

Coursing interviews will take place during PSE from Monday 27^th November to Friday 8^th December during PSE. Following these interviews, completed and signed forms should be returned by Friday 8^th December.

The Scottish Civic Trust’s My Place Photography Competition is a Scotland
wide built environment photography competition for school age young
people.
It encourages young people to explore the buildings, architecture and
archaeology in the places they live, and experiment with using
photography as a means of investigation and creative expression.
Each year, entries to the My Place Photography Competition are honoured in
an awards ceremony and there are prizes to be won!
